Loudoun County Sheriff's Office
The Loudoun County Sheriff's Office (LCSO) is the main law enforcement agency for the county. The office keeps incident reports, arrest records, accident reports, and inmate records from the Adult Detention Center. LCSO runs the 9-1-1 center and handles courtroom security at the Loudoun County Courthouse in Leesburg. The Warrant Division processes criminal warrants and serves civil papers.
LCSO has launched a public Crime Dashboard that shows up-to-date data on crimes against persons and property. You can filter by area, crime type, and date. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The Circuit Court hears felonies, civil cases over $25,000, divorce, probate, and disputes over real property.
